THURSAY NIGHT AUGUST 6TH

DEMOS IN SUCKS TO SUCK TAB
FRAGILE TRAMP

Fragile Tramp was my first band, consisting of my friends Jake on bass and my friend Justin and I alternating between guitar and drums. Although it only lasted about 6 months we played a variety of live shows, and wrote nearly a full album together.

SUCKS 2 SUCK

My Current project is called Sucks 2 Suck. It is a Punk Rock band consisting of Me, Myself, and I. After years of struggling to keep a good band going I have decided to create my own. Sort of in the style of Atom and His Package, I will be singing and preforming songs with my guitar, a loop pedal, and my laptop. I have been working on this for years and I am finally ready to show everyone what I have in store, so please stay tuned!

Unknown Track - Unknown Artist

For this piece I was mostly influenced by video game, and space music, like in Rick and Morty mostly. I was going for something that you would hear during an intro or like a montage of where they show the characters doing different things in different places for a quick second or two or something.

It it written it 4/4 time at a tempo of 118 bpm. I started making the drum tracks then moved on to bass ect. in the order they appear on my screenshots.

    I wrote this in the key of C#, and the chords I used throughout the piece are  C#Major - D# Major - E#Minor - F# Minor - G# Minor - A# Minor - B# diminished, and the order there are in is, ii - v - VII - VI - i - VI - iv - III - i - VI - iv - III - i

For my mic sample, I sampled my Gameboy Advanced turning on, then using the EXS24, chopped it up, and added some effects, most importantly being the echo. The rest of the sounds I created on my own using the ES P synth, are drum sounds, being a kick and a hi hat.

The dynamic, time based, and modulation effects that I used are Compressor, Echo, Phaser, and Space Designer Reverb. I used them on my Gameboy sample, the crash cymbal, and the melody part had the phaser on it. I used the phaser the primarily give the outdo a little bit of a different feel than the rest or the melody parts, by using the latch tool and changing the speed of the phaser to get faster and slower whenever the melody went up or down the scale.
